  WOW! This gym is amazing and has everything you need for a full work out. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and knows exactly what you need. The manager, Shelly McLean, was super friendly, and an expert at what she does. She gave me insight on nutritional needs, help me to set realistic goals, and helped me develop a workout plan specific to me. She encouraged me which is definitely what I need at this point in my fitness plan. I am now in the best shape I have ever been in my life! The gym was neat, clean, and sanitary. I would highly recommend this facility and signing up for workout sessions with the staff and manager as they are equipped to help you lose weight and feel great.
