  This morning I woke up to a very chilly house. My HVAC unit was not operating. This afternoon my wife called the office number not expecting to get a technician on such short notice. However, to our surprise, they had an open appointment at 1600. The technician that was sent to our house was not only on time, but he was early. Our technician, NATHAN , was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use American Air Heating and Cooling in the future and request NATHAN as our service technician.
