  Great bakery but today we had terrible service! Waited over 5 minutes to order and the they changed from breakfast to lunch. We wanted bagels with eggs but we're told it was to late. Decided to order a couple of bagels, one with butter and one with cream cheese, both toasted. I asked to make sure one was toasted dark. My order was "to go" but it took them almost 10 minutes to slice, toast, throw both bagels in a bag and hand them to me cold. Oh yeah, mine was not toasted dark. My wife was terribly disappointed as she had to spread butter on a cold bagel. We won't be stopping there again anytime soon!
