  Had been happy with them but recently the customer service has gone way downhill. First (minor) problem was when I ordered a gallon of a product and they sent a full case. We don't have a lot of room for storage and wanted to return the rest of the case and just keep the one bottle we ordered. They said they would pick up the excess on Thursday but they never showed up. I called in, they apologized, and said they would pick it up Tuesday. No big deal, but then the very next week they "forgot" to call us for our order, and by the time we connected it was past the deadline, so they said they would send it out Thursday (today). But again it never showed up. Spoke with someone that blamed it on the "new" girl. The "new" girl later called me, was pretty rude on the phone and said "sorry you're not happy" and hung up on me. Flabbergasted, really...this has definitely been a unique experience for me.
