  My father, who is retired, went to the Verizon store about 2 months ago. He talked to a sales person about using his IPad away from his home WiFi. The sales person looked up his account so he knew everyone has unlimited data. The sales person conned my retired father on a limited income into a $20 a month 2 year contract. He didn’t know it was a contract because he didn’t sign anything. This sales person took advantage of my father instead of doing what was right, and showing him how to use his hotspot. He went back the other day and the manager defended the sales person who took advantage of my father. I can’t wait until he can change providers.

  I had a horrible experience at this location. Spills trying to switch my personal account and open a corporate business account. It seemed that the sales person did not know what they were talking about and brought out the corporate customer service person seemed to be sort of familiar with the process. I was told to call up and confirm my tax ID information and then I would be contacted within an hour. Two days later no response I called the representative and they said that everything was finished. I got there and Not only was it ready but the account had been incorrectly set up. In total I spent approximately 3 I was at the desk trying to get them to understand and then do it correctly. In the end I did not set up the corporate account. They made absolutely no concessions to make up for their mistakes and my lost time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
